Enjaz Information Technology

Enjaz Information Technology was contracted to facilitate and improve the operation of online visa applications to enter the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia through a unified Internet site. Online visa application forms have to be completed to enter the required information. Once the forms are completed, it will go through an online approval process. The applicant will be given an online reference number for further follow-up. Each application will be subject to a non refundable cost of ten and a half US Dollars ($10.5). Enjaz Information Technology will receive ten US dollars ($10) as an electronic visa processing cost for each online visa application, whether the application was accepted or rejected, the extra half US dollar ($0.5) will be the banking processing cost. To subscribe to this service, you are requested to download and complete the electronic subscription form and send it to the designated Consulate

    They somehow got my debit card number and have taken out money, stolen my money, from my checking account..I have never ever done busy with this company or even knew about it...Just stay away from them. They are stealing money!!!!

    well quite aside from the usual vitreol that this sort of stuff generates (and I am guessing it is from US "we never leave our land but we're from all over the world" citizens) ..there are a couple of serious points:
    1. this website is routed in late 90s in terms of technology.
    2. this company are just making money for no improvement from people like me requiring a visa. I still have to jump through the same hoops (fill in form, visit agent or go myself to embassy)
    3. it has 'failed' to take payment for my visa at least 3 times.
    4. there is NO help available.
    5. it is just a con!!! but an official one.

    I have never used my card which is a mastercard not a visa for any online purchases and they got my account information and charged me $10.50. I closed my account right away so they only got $10.50, thank goodness it was the end of the month. I never applied for any Visa online or elsewhere. I think they just search until they get lucky for a hit on a good number. Makes me want to deal in cash only and hide my money underground in the backyard in a coffee can.

    i used the site to pay for visas n pay it by credit card n i always pay the bills but after 3 years they said i owe them 8,000 usd and then another 4 month later they said 43,000. how can it happen they are thieves and the saudi goverment should investigate them n arrest the

    I never applied for a visa, but I do shop online. Thankfully my credit card company informed me of these weird transactions for 10.50 a day. Seriously, what is up with this company. Fraud! I wish there was such a thing as the International Police. I was charged 300.00 USD. Wish I knew where in the hell my money went.

    what's almost worse if you ever actually have to get a saudi visa. going through the Enjaz processing is a nightmare. Resetting your browser. Shrinking photo to a ridiculous size. trying to pay multiple times before you succeed.

    This company is an embarrassment to the people of Saudi Arabia.

    The problems with the site is that it does not give meanings to the error messages. How do you figure out what paid fail (sale-8006) means? The site looks like it was designed by a kindergaten kid. There should be a total change to the whole thing. Hope someone is listening

    If anyone is having problem with the payment through Enjaz website, it is usually because the credit card being used is not authorize to charge for foreign country websites. You can call the credit card company to authorize the charges first before you process it through Enjaz website. It was giving me error when I tried to process the payment through Enjaz website for visa so I called the credit card company and they authorized the amount over the phone. You only tell them to authorize how much you want to pay. After that I was able to make the online payment on Enjaz website. Hope this helps.

    I am a person who is handling Enjaz site from its beginning. In the beginning there were problems with the site, but they reformed it and it was user friendly. But now the site is prepared in such a way that it is time consuming and complicated. Even to enter a date takes four times more time than previous version.

    So previous version was 100 times better than present one.
    You can improve it by Reducing space between lines and Changeing the method of entering dates.

    I've had several problems with enjaz and will list them here with solutions so that it may help others:

    1. Photo: the photo has to be less than 16kb, u can use any photo editor to resize your pic

    2. Some of the fields can only accept a certain number of characters and if you go beyond this, you will get an error without any explanation. Happens commonly for address fields. So try to keep all addresses concise/short

    3. Make sure the number you enter at the bottom (the human verify number) correctly.

    4. When making payment, your credit card will be charged from Saudi Arabia, so make sure your card is unblocked for international charges. If not, call your bank and they will unlock it.

    Hope this helps. It took me friggin 3 hrs to figure out all this crap when I was filling the form. (In particular nos 2 and 3)

      Thank you so much theMan for listing those solutions. I tried maybe 2 dozen times to make payment and kept getting error and general payment failure messages. The website provides no help or FAQs section for payment issue. Two things I figured out:

      1. You can only make payment with a card that has YOUR name on it. The name has to match the name on the visa application. If you try to use a relative's card, it will give you an error message.

      2. As theMan posted, make sure you check with your bank or credit card company and they are notified that you are attempting to make an international charge so that they can lift any blocks that may be in place. In my case, I was able to make the original $10.50 application fee payment, but when I tried to pay the $111 visa fee, it kept declining with a General payment failure messgae. Once I called the bank and verified I was trying to make the payment for the international charge, they lifted the block and within 90 seconds I was able to process the payment successfully.

    I do not know who this company is and they have taken out 10.50 so far 5 times from my card I am contacting my lawyer and will get my money back I called the 212 number that someone has posted here and I was given another number to the so call boss that never answer I did leave a message and I do have now both numbers so if I do not get my money back I will definetly sue them

    This company has taken money from my CHILD SUPPORT credit card which is a MasterCard NOT a Visa. This company is a fraud. I IMMIDETALY contacted my child support agency to let them know. I have since been issued a new cs card. I know in these times people are desperate for money, but instead of sitting on your asses and hacking into people account, why don't you try getting a real job like us AMERICANS you are stealing from.     All the above comments are correct, many times ENJAZ stole my money in Arab National Bank, they debited without any reason or prior permission, and many times I do complain by email and by phone, but no response. So powerful and no control from Central Bank of Saudi Arabia ?
